Prior to his time with CharDonnay Dialysis and CDI Health, Jason worked in finance where he provided private equity and private debt placements with Prudential Capital Group. While at PCG he gained valuable experience in acquisitions, dispositions, deal and client sourcing, complex deal structuring, contract negotiations, high-level operational strategy and financial analysis.
In 2016, he joined CharDonnay Dialysis as a Vice President and oversaw the company’s finances; assisted with corporate strategy; maintained operational oversight of all clinical staff; and led contracting and pricing. In 2018, Jason was promoted to President of CharDonnay Dialysis where his responsiblities expanded to include management of the executive team and oversight of all back office support departments. By early 2019, Jason transitioned to CDI Health, a newly formed carve-out of CharDonnay Dialysis, heading up the focus on dialysis services in non-correctional settings such as acute and skilled nursing facilities.
Jason holds a BBA in finance and accounting with a concentration in pre-medicine from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. He lives in Austin, Texas with his wife Jaclyn, and enjoys spending his free time golfing, snow skiing, and exploring the Austin culinary scene.
Prior to his current role, Shaun served as Chief Operations Officer of a 60 clinic, multi-state Allergy & Sinus company. There he managed the integration of acquired allergy & asthma companies, as well as clinical and patient service operations.
Shaun earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University and an MBA with a focus on Marketing from Arizona State University. Shaun began his career in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Officer where he led teams from 50 to 250 people in combat operations during his multiple tours to Afghanistan and in training and readiness roles back on the Homefront. After transitioning from the military Shaun gained experience in operations in both the manufacturing and healthcare sectors.
Shaun currently resides in Round Rock, Texas with his wife Rebecca, two sons (Scott & Stone) and daughter Sarah. Shaun enjoys adventures with his family, the great outdoors, traveling and staying involved with his church.
Zach joined the CDI Health team in early 2019. He oversees accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, procurement, IT, and contracting functions at both CharDonnay Dialysis and CDI Health. Prior to joining CDI Health, Zach was controller for Easy Tiger Bake Shop.
He began his career at FKSP, PLLC, a small tax consulting and accounting firm, specializing in federal and multi-state tax compliance for high net-worth individuals and entities.
Zach holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Professional Accounting from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Zach is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Texas. He lives in Austin, Texas with his fiancé Lindsay, and enjoys spending time at Zilker park with his dog Reece.
Stacy joined Chardonnay Dialysis-CDI Health in 2005 and has served as Regional Director, Interim Human Resources Liaison, and Implementation Director. Stacy has 20 years of experience in dialysis nursing and leadership.
Stacy is responsible for implementing contracts throughout the correctional, acute, and skilled nursing home settings. In this role, Stacy is a leader in site inspection, educational provisioning, contract review, project management, equipment and supply sourcing, clinical expertise, community outreach, and sales support.
Prior to her current role, Stacy served as Regional Director with clinical and operational oversight of hemodialysis facilities within correctional and acute settings.
Stacy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lakeview College of Nursing in Danville, IL. She began her career in the acute setting and went onto an outpatient dialysis clinic before starting her tenure with CharDonnay Dialysis – CDI Health.
Stacy currently resides in central Illinois with her husband Michael and daughter Beth. When not attending her daughter’s sporting events or visiting her grown sons, she enjoys vintage camping, antiquing, and spending time outdoors.
Sue joined the CDI Health team in April 2020. Her Human Resources career spans over 20 years, where she worked in the healthcare sector as an HR Director and Business Partner.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in education and has earned the Human Resource designation of both SHRM-CP and PHR. She is a current member of the National Society for Human Resource Management, and a former member of both the Williamson County Human Resource Management Association and the Austin Human Resource Management Association.
Originally from Wisconsin, Sue relocated to Austin after her college days where she met her husband. Sue has two adult children and four wonderful grandchildren with whom she and her husband enjoy spending time. Whenever possible, you’ll find Sue on the golf course, attending U.T. volleyball matches, traveling, or spending time with family and friends.
